Main Course: "Bacalhau com Natas" (codfish in cream sauce and potatoes baked in the oven) or "Bacalhau com Broa" (codfish with potatoes and cabbage covered with cornbread).

Main Course: "Bacalhau à Lagareiro" (grilled codfish steak with potatoes, hot olive oil, garlic and onion) or "Couvada de Bacalhau" (grilled codfish with potatoes, Portuguese cabbage in olive oil and garlic sauce).

Desserts: Pineapple; Raspberry Cheese Cake; Chocolate Cake.

- "Bacalhau à Brás" (codfish with french fries, onions and scrambled eggs);

- "Bacalhau à Lagareiro"  (grilled codfish steak with potatoes, hot olive oil, garlic and onion).
